Franklin Medina Bucobo is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Computing Tech and CADTech professional, with a three-year higher-education qualification degree in Information Technology from University-Institute of Technology "Pedro Emilio Coll" (1991) from Maracaibo, Venezuela, with more than 35 years of extensive international experience across Venezuela, the United States, Spain and United Kingdom.

His career is built on a rigorous foundation of computer science, software engineering, and systems architecture, having mastered everything from low-level programming (C, Pascal, Cobol, C) and programming environment as Dbase Databases, Clipper, Clarion Database Developer, SQL, Java Tools and Python.

Professional experience includes application development, database systems, business-process automation, IT and hardware support, CAD support within MEP engineering, aerospace quality control, precision manufacturing and computer instruction.

Currently retired but offering consulting in Computer Science area by this website, keeping abreast of the latest technologies in the field of computing and development of BitComputacional, an educational computing project for young beginners students in Computer Science.
